Class Descriptions
Cardio Core: 30 minutes of easy to follow cardio followed by 30 min. of core work to strengthen, balance and improve flexibility.
Pump It Up: Total body strength training class using free weights, barbells and other equipment as needed. You train to your own level in a guided for correct form.
Hi/Lo: Aerobic moderate intensity class, no jumps. Totally low impact. Total body workout without tricky choreography.
Core Strength Yoga: Integrate core strength into all poses to enhance overall strength, flexibility & balance. Infuse core muscles for freedom of the limbs involved in all sports & activities on or off the mat.
Pilates: Every movement starts from the core. Can be done on the mat, standing or on the ball. Will strengthen the core and lengthen the spine when you focus and engage the abs.
Body Sculpt: A fast paced toning class that is time efficient and effective. Hand weights, body bars and step benches are utilized.
Power Flow Yoga: This is a flow based yoga class. Works to tone, stretch and build core strength, while increasing body awareness.
Ultimate Challenge: A boot camp style class that utilizes a combination of circuit training with weights, functional training and cardio. Guaranteed to be "The Fat Crusher" you've been looking for.
TRX Group Suspension Training: Builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for all fitness levels and appeals to both men and women no matter what their fitness goals
Zumba: Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. Based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO"
